Family
The Zamora Family has been dedicated for decades to agricultural activities such as coffee, cattle, sugarcane and vegetables. They have harvested the earth’s goodness.
In the past few years, the main agricultural focus has been on tropical flowers and more recently, a vineyard. Descendents from five generations of nature-loving people, they have always placed environment first.
The whole family is involved in the operation of the hotel. Roman has designed and built the whole project while Ana enjoys cooking and makes sure the customers are pleased with good, homemade food.
