Pre-payment
A credit card form is required as a guarantee for the total amount of the reservation. The total will be charged 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations
# If there is a no-show 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.
# If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
**In the case that we are able to sell the rooms, an 80% reimbursement will be made.

Holiday Season
15 Dec. 2009 - 5 Jan. 2010

Pre-payment
A pre-payment for the total amount of the reservation must be done 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations
# If there is a no-show 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.
# If a reservation is cancelled between 60 and 45 days or less prior to the arrival date, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
# If a reservation is cancelled between 45 and 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
**In the case that we are able to sell the rooms, an 80% reimbursement will be made.

Children
# Children under 6 years old are free of charge, sharing the room with an adult in the bungalow. Gourmet breakfast is included.
# Children 6 years and older pay full rate for room and meals.

SUSTAINABILITY POLICIES

Sustainability is a key component in all the levels of operation of the hotel, and the Certification for the Tourist Sustainability a program designed by the Costa Rican Institute of Tourism is a goal in which we are working at the moment.

During the construction of the first stage of the hotel, the strictest norms of conservation were taken into account. The nature that surrounds the bungalows and the main house is very fragile and generates a great amount of life day to day, reason why it was very important to avoid contaminating the ground, the air and respecting the arrival time of the egrets so that they can roost peacefully.

The measures in the next stages of the hotel will stay very strict and we are in the process of developing our environmental management plan.
